1. AI-generated images

The images of the field notes and the poster of the launch film are generated with AI from a description written by us. They are illustrative: they do not show real people, places or events, and they do not show customers.

In the launch film Alessio Bagnaresi, CEO and co-founder of Hoplo, speaks in his own words, filmed in our office. The room and the sound were retouched with digital tools, including AI, and the animations are made by us.

2. What is not generated

Customer logos, figures and descriptions of the product are facts about Teriyaki and Hoplo that we stand behind. Charts marked as illustrative show a trend, not measured data.

3. The interview after joining the waitlist

After joining the waitlist you can answer a short interview with Teriyaki's AI: an AI model (today GPT-6.1 Sol by OpenAI, reached through OpenRouter) asks you, one at a time, a few questions about a repetitive task of your department, and at the end draws a map of it: steps, tools, time, and which steps software could do. The page says so before the first question.

The questions and the map are generated by the AI from your answers and may contain mistakes. The map serves the Hoplo team to prepare the demo and the first software for your company: a person reads it, and no software is built during the interview. You can skip the interview or end it whenever you want.

4. No automated decisions

Neither the interview nor the rest of the site makes any automated decision about you: no score, no selection, no profiling of visitors. Outside the interview the site has no chatbot.

5. Editorial responsibility

Every word and image on the site is reviewed and published by HOPLO S.r.l., which is responsible for it whether or not AI helped to make it.
